DRUMMING & DANCING WORKSHOPS
WINTER 2007/2008
CHRISTMAS: 30th December 2007 to 11th January 2008
EASTER: 15th March 2008 to 25th March 2008
 Ten
days of full immersion in the rhythms, dances and songs of some of
Ghana's tribes (Ewe, Ga, Ga Adangbe, Ashanti, ecc), in the wonderful
nature of the region, in the life of the village of Pabi and in Ananse
Village's projects!!
 5 hours classes a day (2 and a half hours dance classes in the morning, 2 and a half hours drumming classes in the afternoon) five days a week.
The following instruments will be used, depending on the rhythms
played: kpalogo, djembe, talking drums (dondo, atumpani), bass drums
(breketè, dundum) and various types of bells.
  
The cost of the workshop is 450 €, including:
* Transfer to and from the airport
* First night accomodation in hotel in Accra (if flight lands after 5.00 pm)
* Accomodation in double room and half pension at Ananse Village
* All drumming and dancing classes
